About

Bayberry Capital is a private digital asset investment company founded in 2023. We operate with a single focus: identifying, researching, and holding digital assets with genuine long-term value in a market that is still largely misunderstood by the majority of its participants.

We invest exclusively with internal capital. There are no outside investors, no external pressures, and no competing interests. Every position we take and every piece of research we publish is driven entirely by our own analysis and conviction. That independence is not incidental to what we do. It is foundational to it.

Our Investment Philosophy

Digital asset markets are still in their early stages. The infrastructure is being built. The regulation is being written. The institutional framework is taking shape. Most participants in this market are focused on price. We are focused on what drives price over a five to ten year horizon: the fundamentals, the adoption curves, the regulatory landscape, and the structural role these assets will play in the global financial system.

We are value investors in the truest sense of the term. We look for assets that are priced below what their long-term utility warrants, that have a credible path to institutional adoption, and that solve real problems within the global financial architecture. We are not interested in speculation for its own sake. We are interested in asymmetric opportunities where the fundamentals are strong, the market has mispriced the asset, and the long-term risk reward is compelling.

We hold our positions with conviction. We are not moved by short-term volatility, market sentiment, or the noise that dominates day-to-day coverage of this space. The investors who will build meaningful wealth through this asset class are the ones who understood it before consensus, positioned accordingly, and had the patience to let the thesis play out.

Our Approach to Research

Every thesis begins with a question, not about price, but about utility. What problem does this asset solve? Who adopts it and why? What does the regulatory environment look like? What is the institutional trajectory? What does the on-chain data tell us that the market is not yet pricing in?

We apply the same rigor to digital asset research that serious investors have always applied to conventional asset classes. Fundamental analysis. Macroeconomic context. On-chain data. Regulatory analysis. Institutional flow tracking. We synthesize all of it into a coherent long-term view and we publish that view transparently.

We do not chase narratives. We do not react to headlines. We form a view, we size a position, and we hold it until the thesis plays out or the fundamentals change.

Our Research

Bayberry Capital publishes its research publicly through this newsletter. Our writing covers the assets we follow, the macroeconomic forces shaping the digital asset landscape, the regulatory developments that matter, and the fundamental analysis that underpins our long-term positioning.

We hold positions in the assets we cover. Our research reflects our actual thinking and our actual conviction. There is no separation between what we publish and what we believe. The newsletter is a direct window into how Bayberry Capital thinks about this market.

The research is free. It always will be.

A Note on Risk

Digital asset markets are volatile. Prices can move dramatically in short periods of time. Not every thesis plays out on the timeline anticipated. We are transparent about our views but we are also transparent about the risks. Every piece of research we publish acknowledges the scenarios in which the thesis does not work.

Investing in digital assets requires patience, risk tolerance, and a genuine long-term outlook. It is not suitable for everyone.
